The following conditions and requirements are essential for maintaining safety, security, and professional conduct aboard ships. All seafarers must strictly adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety of life at sea and the protection of the marine environment.

A. Assault to fellow member/threatening behaviour

D. Unlawful possession of drugs and alcohol

Avoid navigating the ship under influence of unlawful drugs & alcohol which causes great risks to the safety of life & the vessel.

E. Act of smuggling

Transportation of Commodities illegally is prohibited and punishable.

Possession of the illegal Arms & ammunition onboard ship is strictly prohibited.

G. Wilful act of not performing the assigned duties

Refusing to work as scheduled (duties listed in the ISM Code), means that the seafarer is not compliant and does not deserve to be paid his dues.

Which may harm the dignity of fellow women or men at work or passengers onboard is strictly not allowed. Any sexual harassment ought to be treated with the strictest punishment.

Violations of these safety and conduct requirements will result in appropriate disciplinary action, which may include:
